Not knowing what happens next is one of the biggest questions I get from people looking into the franchise.

And honestly, I get it.

Nobody wants to drop money on something and have no idea what comes after.

So here’s the real deal: a week-by-week breakdown of what your first few months as a Pod Plug franchisee actually look like.

It’s the same system I built to help new owners go live fast, without cutting corners.

🕐 Week 1: Signing + Onboarding

This is where your journey really begins. 🎉

Once you sign your franchise agreement, you’ll jump on a call with your franchise coach to map out your goals, territory, and launch plan.

You’ll decide if you’re buying or renting machines and get full access to our training platform and franchise systems.

By the end of the week, everything’s set up: your accounts, your roadmap, your next steps.

⚙️ Weeks 2–3: Training + Prep

Now that your foundation’s set, it’s time to dive in.

These two weeks are all about learning the system and getting everything ready for launch. You’ll go through hands-on training that covers:

  • Placement strategy

  • Outreach and pitching

  • Tech setup and basic maintenance

While you’re training, your machines, signage, and starter inventory are being ordered and prepped for shipment.

By the end of week three, you’ll be confident talking to bar owners, ready for installs, and watching your business take shape.

📍Weeks 4–5: Locking in Locations

These next two weeks are all about turning your prep into real results.

Your goal is to lock in placements for your first three machines.

Once those locations are confirmed, you’ll prep each one for install:

  • Checking outlets and WiFi

  • Making sure the manager signs off on placement

Around this time, your machines will arrive, and you’ll unbox, inspect, and test each one before install day.

🚀 Weeks 6–7: Install + Go Live

This is the moment you’ve been working toward: install week.

Your machines are ready, your locations are prepped, and now it’s time to bring it all to life.

You’ll install each machine, stock it with your starter inventory, and activate your Nayax dashboard so you can track sales in real time.

The first time you see a sale hit your dashboard, it feels different.

Most franchisees reach this stage by week six or seven, depending on how quickly they locked their locations.

From here, it’s officially game on.

📊 Week 8 and Beyond: Monitor + Optimize

Now that you’re live, this is where the real game begins.

Your job shifts from setup to optimization and the key here is data.

  • Start reviewing your sales inside the Nayax dashboard.

  • See what’s flying off the shelves and what’s collecting dust.

  • Adjust pricing, swap out slow movers, and test new products.

Once you’ve got your first locations dialed in, start prepping the next wave.

That’s how you scale: not by guessing, but by tracking, tweaking, and repeating what works.

🚀 REAL TALK:

Some people go live in 3–4 weeks if they move fast. Others take 6–8.

Either way, I’ve built this to give you a clear, repeatable path, not just “buy a machine and figure it out.”

Our franchise model gives you everything:

The machines, the licensing playbook, the tech, the contracts, and the product lineup that’s working right now.

This opportunity is perfect if you have:

💵 $15K in available capital
🔥 Drive to build something real
💪 Commitment to make it work
💼 Sales experience (or willingness to learn)

Sound like you? Let's talk.

And That’s a Wrap!
